Kinzua DamThe Kinzua Dam is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility. Access to the Management Office is from PA Route 59. Access to the Kinzua Dam tailwater fishing pier, immediately upstream of the hatchery, is open 24 hours per day at flows of 6000 cfs or less. Access to the fishing pier is closed during winter road conditions.
