The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service published in today's Federal Register, a notice announcing the reopening of the public comment periods and scheduling of public hearings on its proposed rule to revise critical habitat for the San Bernardino kangaroo rat, and proposed rule to designate critical habitat for San Bernardino bluegrass and California taraxacum.
The hearings will be held on January 10, 2008, at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center, 295 North E Street, San Bernardino, California 92401, from 1pm to 3pm and from 6pm to 8pm.
Comments on these proposed rules will be accepted until 5:00pm on January 25, 2008.
