Bulletin: Public Hearings Scheduled on Critical Habitat Proposals for the San Bernardino Kangaroo Rat, San Bernardino Bluegrass and California Taraxacum

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service published in today's Federal Register, a notice announcing the reopening of the public comment periods and scheduling of public hearings on its proposed rule to revise critical habitat for the San Bernardino kangaroo rat, and proposed rule to designate critical habitat for San Bernardino bluegrass and California taraxacum.
The hearings will be held on January 10, 2008, at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center, 295 North E Street, San Bernardino, California 92401, from 1pm to 3pm and from 6pm to 8pm.
Comments on these proposed rules will be accepted until 5:00pm on January 25, 2008.
Information and comments related to these proposals may be submitted in writing to the Field Supervisor, Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Office, 6010 Hidden Valley Road, Carlsbad, CA., or sent by facsimile to 760-431-9624. Electronic comments may be sent to fw8cfwocomments@fws.gov .
