Review of Endangered Species Act Decisions

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will review and take further action, as appropriate, for eight decisions made under the Endangered Species Act which were influenced by former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks Julie MacDonald.

Four of the decisions involve three species in the Mountain-Prairie Region:

  • Preble's meadow jumping mouse - proposed delisting and designation of critical habitat
  • White-tailed prairie dog - petition finding
  • Canada lynx - designation of critical habitat
