Comments about the Draft CCP/EIS From an Organization
The CCP planning process is hightly dependent upon public involvement. We encourage you to share your thoughts with us. The most useful comments will be about specific content in the draft CCP/EIS and will avoid general statements. Tell us what you do or do not like about the Refuge vision or a particular goal, alternative, etc. If there is something you do not like, please let us know how you would change it. We are also looking for important points we may have missed. Keep in mind that comments do not constitute a vote -- we are looking for quality, not quantity. We look forward to receiving substantive public input on the content of the draft CCP/EIS. Your comments will be considered as we write the final plan.
All public comments received, including respondent names and addresses, will be included in the planning record, which will be available for public review. If you provide comments in your offical capacity as a represenative of an organization or business, we can, by law, only accept your comment if you include your full name and complete contact information. If you are commenting as an individual and you want us to withhold your name or contact information, please state this prominently at the beginning of your comments (Form for comments from an individual). We will honor your request to the extent allowed by law.
