Anaconda
Biomonitoring Report
The objective of the Wildlife
biomonitoring at the Anaconda Smelter Site, Deer Lodge County, Montana was
to quantify As, Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn exposures and effects in wildlife inhabiting
non-remediated and remediated areas on the Anaconda Smelter Superfund Site.
The study was a cooperative effort of the EPA, Montana Field Office EC
program, and The Institute of Environmental and Human Health, Texas Tech
University, Lubbock, Texas.
