Career Opportunities The Student Education Employment Program The Student Education Employment Program has 2 components: the Student Temporary Employment Program (STEP) and the Student Career Experience Program (SCEP). These programs are available to all levels of students: high school, vocational and technical, associate degree, baccalaureate degree, graduate degree, and professional degree students in a number of disciplinary fields.
