Final Environmental Assessment and Final Habitat Conservation Plan to conserve endangered Indiana bats during proposed construction of a new interchange for Interstate 70 near the Indianapolis International Airport, Indiana
The final Environmental Assessment (EA), final Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP), and an Incidental Take Permit (ITP) were signed on April 4, 2002. The HCP is intended to protect and conserve the endangered Indiana bat and its habitat during proposed construction of a new interchange for Interstate 70 near the Indianapolis International Airport. The EA evaluated the environmental consequences of implementing the plan and the consequences of implementing other alternatives.
An electronic version of the EA, HCP, and ITP are available below along with a Biological Opinion.
