The final Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment
(RP/EA) for replacement of natural resources that were injured from the release of
hazardous substances was approved on July 17, 2002. The proposed alternative was
selected which provides for acquisition of equivalent resources to replace natural
resources that were injured.
