Final Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment
for the Mid America Hazardous Waste Site,
Sergeant Bluff, Woodbury County, Iowa
The final Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment (RP/EA) for replacement of natural resources that were injured from the release of hazardous substances was approved on July 17, 2002. The proposed alternative was selected which provides for acquisition of equivalent resources to replace natural resources that were injured.Provided below is a copy of the final RP/EA and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI).
