About the Show

JUST ESCAPE is a Minneapolis Television Network (MTN) community television show that is an outgrowth of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife's new initiative, Connecting People with Nature. It is a travel variety show designed to encourage urban dwellers and people in general, but particularily children and families to explore nature and all that it has to offer.

Make a personal connection to the outdoors with host, Valerie Rose Redmond, as she unearths some hidden and not so hidden destination jewels across the nation. Tag along as Redmond explores the 97-million-acre National Wildlife Refuge System and the nation's many other natural resources.
