Getting To DeSoto NWR

The refuge is located about 25 miles north of Omaha, NE on US Highway 30 about 5 miles west of Missouri Valley, IA and 5 miles east of Blair, NE. From Interstate 29 take the US Highway 30 exit at Missouri Valley and go west 5 miles to the refuge entrance. From US Highway 75 take Hwy 30 east 5 miles to the refuge entrance.
