Flowgate LogoWisconsin Flowgate & Culvert has been in business since 1955.  We design and fabricate water control structures which include; single, double, and triple log flowgates, water tight gates, culverts, liftgates, fish ladders, lift pump structures, full circle risers, bottom draw gates and Gottschalk valves.  Our products are used to regulate water levels for wetlands, cranberry farming irrigation ditches, aquaculture and waste disposal  projects to name a few.  The majority of these products are manufactured from marine grade clad aluminum to resist corrosion and provide a lifetime of service.  We custom design and manufacture aluminum products to fulfill our customer’s needs.  Wisconsin Flowgate & Culvert has manufactured a variety of products for the U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Ducks Unlimited, fish, prawn and shrimp farms and many of the cranberry growers in Wisconsin.

A majority of our products are custom made to specifications including a wide range of accessories to fit a variety of applications.  Trash racks and screens can be used to keep debris, animals and fish from entering flowgates.  Security covers are available to prevent unauthorized access to structures.  Anti-seep collars are used to prevent washouts and are also used to deter animals from burrowing parallel to culverts.  Full circle risers can be manufactured with anti-swirl collars to reduce whirlpooling.

The following list includes some of the water control devices we have to offer:

CULVERTS:  available in aluminum or galvanized steel in standard diameters from 12 to 72 inches.

PLASTIC CULVERTS:  available single or double wall.

PERFORATED GALVANIZED CULVERTS:  used for the aeration of stored potatoes.

ALUMINUM FLOWGATES:  available in widths from 24 inches to 96 inches and heights up to 30 feet.

ALUMINUM WATER TIGHT GATES:  manufactured to accommodate your specific needs (shrimp, prawns, fish,).

LIFTGATES:  sized to your requirements, available with a gearbox for motorized operation or handwheels for manual operation , dual action liftgates are also available to allow either surface or bottom water to be released.

CAMPFIRE RINGS:  1’ height with rolled edge in standard diameters of 30”, 36”, 48” and custom sizes.

CONTAINMENT COVERS:  fuel or other containment covers custom fit to specification.

DRAIN TILE:  rolls of drain tile along with the fittings and accessories and use of tile plow.
