The Trustee for natural resources for this site are the State of Michigan (State), acting through the Director of  the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), the Director of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) and the Attorney General of the State of Michigan (MAG); the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), acting through its representatives, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA); and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan.   

Public Meeting on April 17, 2008:
