Current Volunteer Positions Available:

  • Refuge Weed Warrior
  • Purple Martin Landlord
  • Naturalist/Interpretive Assistant
  • Information Desk Attendant
  • Bluebird Box Monitor
  • Marsh Monitor

 

There are many opportunities to volunteer at the Ottawa NWR. Currently volunteers assist the refuge by mowing, operating equipment, working in the office, operating the bookstore, assisting visitors and a variety of other projects throughout the year.
