Williamson, Jackson, and Union Counties, Illinois
On Wednesday, April 25, the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) published in the Federal Register (pp. 20827-20828) a Notice of Intent (NOI) to develop an Environmental Impact Statement in conjunction with the development of a Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) for the Refuge.
