Nancy has been with the Fish and Wildlife Service for 15 years, nine of which have been in an administrative capacity for the La Crosse Fishery Resource Office. Not only does Nancy efficiently monitor La Crosse FRO purchasing, budget, travel, time and attendance, USFWS policies and most of the paperwork involved with keeping an office running; she does it with a smile. Nancy is the primary point of contact for information for the La Crosse FRO. Like the brain of the central nervous system, Nancy knows what each staff member is working on or where they are in the field. La Crosse FRO employees will all tell you that when they have a question, Nancy is the first person they ask.
