Marquette Biological Station, MI arranges a feeder line to provide an accurately measured amount of TFM to a stream to kill sea lamprey (Petromyzon marinus) larvae, an aquatic nuisance species that live in the sand and sediment of some river tributaries to the Great Lakes. The chemical is selective to sea lamprey and has limited effects on other fishes. (Photo: USFWS)
