Safe Harbor Agreement
Dupage County Forest Preserve District for the Hine's Emerald Dragonfly
The DuPage County Forest Preserve District (District) (Applicant) has applied to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) for an enhancement of survival permit under the Endangered Species Act. The permit application includes a draft Safe Harbor Agreement (Agreement) between the Applicant and the Service for the Hine’s emerald dragonfly (Somatochlora hineana). The permit application, our preliminary Environmental Action Statement, and the Agreement are available for public review and comment. Comments must be received on or before April 21, 2008.
