PLANTS

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Nature Preserves has conducted inventories of special plants within the former Jefferson Proving Ground including the area that is now Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge.  Phase I of the inventory was completed in 1993 and can be viewed by clicking the link below.  Phase II of this project was completed in 1999 and the report on Phase II can be viewed by clicking the link below.
