PLANTS The Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Nature Preserves has conducted inventories of special plants within the former Jefferson Proving Ground including the area that is now Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge. Phase I of the inventory was completed in 1993 and can be viewed by clicking the link below.
