Provides technical assistance in support of the U.S. v. Michigan Consent Decree of the 1836 Treaty waters of Lake Superior. Collects fishery data to help develop models for total allowable catch for commercial and tribal fishers in the treaty waters. Conducts mussel surveys with partners.  Station Fish Passage Program Coordinator and captain of R/V Chub.
