Workforce Management

New FY 2008 Workforce Management Activity Summary (pdf - 153 Kb)

Background

Safety trainingThe Fisheries Program relies on a broad range of professionals to accomplish its mission: biologists, managers, administrators, clerks, and many others. Without the skill and dedication of staff, the Fisheries Program could not succeed.

The Alpena FWCO coordinates and conducts Workforce Management activities in order to support staff and all station programs. Efforts are made to provide equipment, training, and support in order for station activities to be conducted in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

For recent information on station activities related to Workforce Management, review our monthly station newsletter.
