Applications for advance reservation permits for waterfowl hunting will be accepted for the entire 2007-2008 State waterfowl season on one application.  (Check with the Washington Department of Wildlife for the latest season dates.)  Applications will be accepted starting now, and they must be received no later than September 21, 2007.  Reservation permits will be issued by mail to successful applicants.  Submission of the application does not guarantee selection.  Applications are computer processed, and selections are made randomly.  This application form may be printed out and reproduced, but all applications must be submitted by mail or in person.

Successful advanced reservation holders will receive numbers designating the order of blind selection on the morning of the hunt.  The permittee with the lowest number recieves first choice of hunt blind sites, and so on, until all advanced reservation permit holders have chosen blind sites.  Remaining blind sites are then available for stand-by hunters.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Print your name, address and telephone number completely and clearly in the boxes on the application below.
2. Print your latest Washington hunting license number (Wild I.D. #) and/or hunter safety card number in the boxes below.
3. Write in your choice(s) of reservation dates (up to ten dates).  Use only day and month.  Do not use the youth hunt date (December 1), or that choice will be rejected.
4. REMEMBER, hunt days are only Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays, Thanksgiving Day, and New Years Day.
5. December 1 is Youth Hunt Day.  No adult reservations accepted.
6. All applications must be submitted with the $5.00 non-refundable application fee.  Please make checks/money orders payable to U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.  Do not send cash.  Applications received with cash enclosed will be returned to sender without being processed.
7. Complete only ONE application per hunter.  Duplicate applications will be rejected.  However, multiple applications for family members can be submitted in one envelope, with one check.

Important - Check your application carefully.  The computer will reject duplicate applications, incomplete applications, and those with errors.  Hunting permits are NOT TRANSFERRABLE.  Good luck!
