You may use the following ports to import or export wildlife (including parts and products) whose origin or whose final destination is the respective State or Territory. Alaska - You may use the following ports to import wildlife (including parts and products) for a final destination of Alaska, or export wildlife that originates in Alaska. You may not use these ports if the wildlife requires a permit under 50 CFR Part 16 (injurious species) Part 17 (endangered and threatened species) Part 18 (marine mammals) Part 21 (migratory birds) or Part 23 (CITES species)
Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands - You may use the following port to import certain wildlife (including parts and products) with a final destination of Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, or export wildlife that originates in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. You may not use this port if the wildlife requires a permit under 50 CFR Part 16 (injurious species) Part 17 (endangered and threatened species) Part 18 (marine mammals) Part 21 (migratory birds) or Part 23 (CITES species)
Guam - You may use the following port to import certain wildlife (including parts and products) with a final destination of Guam, or export wildlife that originates in Guam.
