Hawaii Tropical Forest Recovery Act

Hawaii Tropical Forest Recovery Act -- Public Law 102-574, signed October 29, 1992 (106 Stat. 4593) amends the International Forestry Cooperation Act of 1990 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to:

The Secretary of the Interior is to appoint a representative from the Fish and Wildlife Service, as well as one from the National Park Service, to serve on the Task Force. He is also required to provide assistance and support to the Task Force.

The Assistant Director for Refuges and Wildlife has been delegated the responsibility for implementation of the provisions of this law for the Service, in coordination with the Assistant Director for Ecological Services.
