This picture is awesome.  Using a slow shutter speed, fire is captured as it rolls over a large pile of downed branches. Intense radiant heat rises from an area burning. Smoke wofts through the burn unit. Fire consumes all dead ground fuels.
A monster ponderosa pine is safe after fire burns past.
