Comprehensive Conservation Plan - A multi-year planning process has begun to develop a Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) and Environmental Assessment (EA) for James Campbell and Pearl Harbor National Wildlife Refuges. As part of the National Wildlife Refuge System, Refuges are required to have a CCP in place to guide the management of wildlife, plants, habitats, and public uses for a period of 15 years.

Planning Update 4 (pdf 1.7MB) - James Campbell NWR Draft Plan Open for Public Comment (June 2011)

Planning Update 3 (pdf 6MB) - Provides a preview of the Draft CCP/EAs. Included are management goals, as well as a summary of each management alternative designed to accomplish these goals. (August 2010)

Planning Update 2 (pdf 1.37MB) - Summarizes the comments received and lists primary management issues that will be used to draft management alternatives and refine draft goals and objectives. (June 2009)
