Applying for a Grant

Submission Deadline: This program has two annual deadlines.  The first deadline is November 1 each year.  The second deadline is April 1 each year. 

Eligibility Restrictions: U.S. Government-wide policy requires that all applicant organizations and individuals, both domestic and non-domestic, apply for, and include a Dun & Bradstreet Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number on their proposal.  Applicants without a DUNS number should go to http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/pages/CCRSearch.jsp.

Application Instructions: All of the information you will need to submit an application under this program can be found in the Notice of Funding Availability and Application Instructions document. 

Program Guidelines: All applicants should read the Assistance Award Guidelines applicable to all grants made under this Program.
