"Without U.S. programs to support the conservaiton of endangered wildlife, we don't know what the fate will be for many of our planet's most beloved creatures such as gorillas, rhinos and tigers. These programs are vital for supporting and leveraging important conservation initiatives across the globe."

A special thank you to our partner Go Ape! for their generous donation to the Great Ape Conservation Fund.

Thank you to our donors! Your contributions support wildlife and habitat conservation worldwide.

A difference can be made by just one person…

The Multinational Species Conservation Funds support the protection, conservation and management of these species and their habitats. Your donation to the Funds helps to conserve populations of elephants, tigers, rhinos, great apes, and marine turtles in their natural habitats.

How the funds will be used

The funds you donate will go directly to projects that conserve and protect the species that you designate:

  • African Elephants
  • Asian Elephants
  • Asian Rhinoceros
  • African Rhinoceros
  • Tigers
  • Marine Turtles
  • Gorillas
  • Chimpanzees
  • Bonobos
  • Orangutans
  • Gibbons

Funds support surveys, monitoring, anti-poaching measures, public awareness campaigns, resolution of human-species conflict, habitat protection, conservation capacity building, and applied research (genetics, behavioral ecology). Most projects have a local or regional scope, and are performed in species range countries by diverse local and international partners.

Partners match grant dollars, compounding the effect of private donations. Talk to your tax advisor about making a contribution to support these programs – it may be deductible. It will definitely contribute to the conservation of these heritage species.
