Holt Collier National Wildlife Refuge is currently unstaffed. Future plans include the addition of a refuge manager and support staff to enhance and develop the infrastructure necessary to provide a variety of wholesome, wildlife-dependent recreation activities and programs for youth and citizens of Mississippi’s Delta region, and for visitors from other states.
The refuge is managed by staff in the Headquarters Office of Theodore
Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge Complex.
