REFUGE WEATHER EMERGENCY POLICY

The refuge has established a policy for weather emergencies to follow the lead of the Philadelphia School District. If the Philadelphia Public Schools are closed so too will the refuge. We will also make every attempt to notify the area television stations and KYW News Radio (1060AM) of refuge closings as well as to post messages on the refuge Traveler's Information Station (TIS) at 1670AM. Please note that the TIS has a limited range of only 2-5 miles from the refuge. Thank you for your understanding and support during these times.
