Quota Deer Gun Hunt

How to Apply

• Season:
  1st season: November 3rd and 4th
  2nd seadson: November 10th and 11th
• Bag Limit:
  Two (2) deer either sex, only 1 antlered/day.
  All deer count as bonus deer.
  Hunters must check deer at refuge check station.
• Permits:
  Quota Hunt (see below for application procedures)

 

Application Procedures

• Applicants must submit for a permit on an Official U.S. Postcard.
• Applications accepted July 1 -31 ONLY
• Applications must be received by 4:00pm July 31
• A party of up to four (4) hunters may apply on the same postcard
• Must provide the following for each hunter
  • Full Legal Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Hunt Preference Dates
    • 1st season
    • 2nd season

Duplicate, incomplete, non-legible applications and/or on anything other than an Official U.S. Postcard will be disqualified.

Drawing will be held at Refuge Office Augst 1st. Public is welcome to participate.

Youths up to 16 years of age must list the name of the person supervising them on the postcard when applying, stating whether they are supervising only or a supervising hunter.

ONLY successful applicants will be notified by mail, permit cost $12.50 per hunter.

Money Order or Cashiers Check ONLY, payable to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Permits:
NON-Transferrable (from person to person or hunt date to hunt date)
NON-Refundable
