About UsHanalei National Wildlife Refuge is part of the Kaua‘i National Wildlife Refuge Complex. This management area consists of three refuges - Kīlauea Point NWR, Hanalei NWR and Hulē‘ia NWR. Established in 1972, Hanalei NWR is the oldest of Kaua‘i’s three National Wildlife Refuges. The 917-acre refuge is located in the beautiful Hanalei River Valley on Kaua‘i’s north shore. |
