What is the Mentoring Program?

The Mentoring Program is designed to help Refuge Support Groups flourish. This program is supported by the National Wildlife Refuge System Headquarters Office within the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The Mentoring Program is a form of advanced education and information sharing between the Mentoring Team, the Refuge Staff, and respective citizen members who are working to form a Refuge Support Group or need assistance with an existing group. The Mentoring Program offers on-site Mentoring Visits to meet these goals.
