How does the Partnership work?

These citizens focus their energies on supporting the National Wildlife Refuge System's "Wildlife First" mission and work closely with refuge personnel toward mutually defined goals. Making this public/private partnership work requires an understanding by group members and refuge personnel of each other's organizational strengths and limitations.
