		Endangered Species Regional Permit Offices

Select the address below for the region where your activity will take place, except if you are applying for an Interstate Commerce permit. Interstate Commerce permits are issued from the region with the lead for the requested species, not according to where the activity will take place.

For Interstate Commerce Permit Applications - first find the lead region for the species:
1. Go to our Endangered Species information web page at http://www.fws.gov/endangered/wildlife.html.
2. Scroll down to the regulatory profile query box, type in the species name, and hit the Submit button.
3. Once your query results are displayed, click on the scientific name to see the species profile. The lead region for the species can be found at the top of the Listing Status/Regulatory Documents section.
4. Hit the Back Arrow button to return to this list of addresses on the permit web page at http://forms.fws.gov/esrtnaddr.html.

For All Permit Applications - copy and paste the address into the permit application form:
1. Highlight the address from the list below.
2. "Copy" (or "control key + c").
3. Use the "back" arrow to return to the permit form.
4. Put the cursor into the address field on permit and "paste" (or "control key + v").
5. Click once outside of the address box to format.
6. Format address lines on permit to remove extra spaces if needed.
