Project Description
and Outcome:

This project replaced an undersized culvert at the outlet of Orchid Lake with a properly sized and positioned culvert. The culvert replacement restored passage to 2 river miles of spawning habitat for coho, sockeye and pink salmon. Replacing the culvert also improved passage to coho salmon rearing habitat in Little Beaver Lake.
