| Project Description: |
The unnamed dam on Manatawney Creek
was removed in August 2000, in cooperation with the Upper Pottstown
Watershed Association. Streamside habitat improvements were part
of the overall project. Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences
have a grant with the State of Pennsylvania to study pre- and post
dam removal impacts on the stream and biota. |
