Endangered Species Presentation at Sarett Nature Center
Midwest Region, March 15, 2014
Print Friendly Version

East Lansing Field Office biologist, Barbara Hosler, presented an overview of the Endangered Species Act to an enthusiastic group of 25 people at Sarett Nature Center in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Highlighting some of the unique species found in the state, such as Mitchell's satyr and Kirtland's warbler, the talk spawned a good discussion about today's conservation challenges and generated interest in conservation efforts.
