Refuge Wildlife Biologist Eric Dunton met with Burak Tatar from the Republic of Turkey’s Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs. Tatar is a visiting scholar in the Fisheries and Wildlife Department at Michigan State University. He is a wildlife biologist working in the Ministry's Wildlife Management Department, which is the equivalent of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Turkey. Eric and Burak gained a great deal of perspective regarding each country's approach to wildlife conservation.
