Managed hunts are provided for dove, deer, waterfowl, squirrel, and rabbit. All hunting is governed by the state law where the hunt takes place and by refuge specific regulations detailed in the Eufaula NWR hunting brochure.

Eufaula NWR Hunting/Fishing Regulations & Permit

Non-Quota Hunts:
Dove, archery-deer, squirrel, and rabbit hunts are not limited, but permits are required. Hunters must have a signed copy of the permit/regulations brochure with them whenever they hunt. Permit/regulation brochures are available for download using the link above or in the brochure kiosks at the Refuge Headquarters and the entrance to each refuge Unit. No user fees apply

Quota Hunts:
The youth deer hunt and the waterfowl hunts are quota hunts (limited to a given number of hunters). User fees apply. No waterfowl hunting is allowed on the refuge except for the quota hunts. Check back to see the current Quota Hunt page for details on this year's hunt and historical harvest information.

Federal Duck Stamps sold at our Refuge Office.

A portion of the sales of Federal Duck Stamps is used to acquire habitat for the National Wildlife Refuge System. To find out more, visit www.fws.gov/duckstamps.
