Overview

The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy works in partnership with Moorpark College's captive rearing program and other agencies to support the recovery of the endangered Palos Verdes blue butterfly and connect volunteers with the land through habitat restoration. This video highlights the recovery efforts and the volunteers that make it all happen. Special thanks to Toyota TogetherGreen for funding support, Urban Wildlands Group, U.S. Navy, Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and dedicated volunteers from the HERO Club, Audubon YES Club and California State University Dominguez Hills.
