External Affairs
The Information and Education (I&E) program is designed to provide an experienced professional communications component to nearly all the efforts of Service biologists and managers in pursuit of the agency mission. This includes developing outreach materials in conjunction with ESA decisions, news releases regarding UCFWO activities, and responding to media and general public inquiries on Service actions and other issues under the jurisdiction of the Service in general, and the UCFWO in particular.
