At the time of this Junior Duck Stamp Contest win, Clark Weaver of Harrisburg, PA, was just 17. He was a student at Central Dauphin High School where Peggy Grim was his teacher. Clark went on to win the Junior Duck Stamp contest again in 1996 with his acrylic painting of canvasbacks titled "Can-Cans."
