The Junior Duck Stamp Coordinators are the first point of contact for the more than 30,000 students and teachers who utilize or participate in the Junior Duck Stamp educational activities and art contest each year. These sixty individuals manage volunteers, host events, coordinate outreach, and facilitate partnerships among non-profit organizations, state agencies and local school districts in addition to their designated employment duties.

Thank you for the fantastic work you do to make this program such a success !

2008 USPS Letter NEW!
The G-10 Permit Letter is available for downloading. Please bring this
USPS Authorization Letter with you to the post office when you mail your brochures. If your postmaster has questions regarding the use of the G-10 permit, please have him or her contact David Failor (david.e.failor@usps.gov). Additionally, please contact your post office regarding bulk mailing paperwork.

Annual Reports NEW!
The annual report documents are available below. Please fill out the annual report and mail it (print it out after you filled it in) to your regional coordinator no later than December 1, 2007.

The annual reports serve multiple purposes. They serve as your financial report, which you are required to submit to the Washington Office as a condition for receiving stamp sales funds. They are a feedback mechanism. It is important to the Washington Office and the Regional Coordinators that we communicate with you and hear your thoughts on the program regularly. Finally, it's prescribes a time for you to reflect on the year, program, accomplishments, and your goals.

Please email your Regional Coordinator with questions.

Annual Orders NEW!
Annual orders (Participation Certificates, Ribbons, and Art Mats) should arrive to you by March 2008.

Annual Order Descriptions
Review the details below for descriptions of the annual order items.

Participant Certificates
Certificates should be given to each participant in the state contest. Sometimes teachers will contact you to ask for additional certificates for students that participated in the classroom but did not send an entry into the state contest. The certificates do not include a stamp image. You may order as many certificates as you would like. Some regions choose to print their own. You may also print your own. For an example of what other regions use as a design for their certificates, click here.

Art Mats
Many states choose to use the mats to frame the original top 100 pieces in the contest and send those out on a miniature art tour for a year or until the end of the school year. There should be 9 x 12 photo paper available if you would like to continue to print scanned copies of the original. Order the number of mats you will use for your program.

Ribbons
102 ribbons comprise the standard order. There are 100 for the 36 first through third places, 64 honorable mentions and 2 best of show ribbons (one for display and one for the artist). You may order standard or none.
