The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the city of Bloomington Minnesota, announced that the 2008 Federal Duck Stamp Art Contest will be held Oct. 17 and 18 at Bloomington Center for the Arts, 1800 West Old Shakopee Rd. The winning design chosen during the contest will be made into the 2009 - 2010 Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp. |
