There is an issue about the attribution of video news releases (VNRs). We suggest it be perfectly clear that any Service-issued video news releases be clearly identified as such both in packaging and narration. For example, at the end of your video news release, have the narrator say: "Reporting for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, this is John Doe."
