Current Status

The Final Comprehensive Conservation Plan / Environmental Impact Statement for the Desert National Wildlife Refuge Complex is now available. The Service will issue a Record of Decision (ROD) that identifies the selected alternative for each Wildlife Refuge no sooner than September 21, 2009 (30 days following the publication of the EPA Notice of Availability in the Federal Register.)
