Twin Capes: Migratory Birds
The area from Cape May, NJ to Cape Charles, VA is one of the most important migratory corridors and stopovers in the world. The objective of the Twin Capes exhibit was to educate the public about the importance of the Twin Capes Region to migratory birds. While there are many legal forms of wildlife trade, there is also illegal trade, which can be a contributing factor in bringing some species close to the brink of extinction.
