Our EE program mission is tofws:

    • Provide EE opportunities to help develop an educated, informed, and proactive constituency intent on protecting wildlife and the natural ecosystems they depend on.
    • Increase public understanding of the National Wildlife Refuge System’s mission and how that mission is fulfilled.
    • Promote a deeper appreciation of and respect for Idaho wildlife and wildlife habitats, Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, and the National Wildlife Refuge System.

To accomplish that mission, the refuge offers a variety of educational services, supplies, and facilities for educational programs.
