Process_Description:

The boundary file was imported into ArcInfo 7.1 and projected to UTM Zone 15, NAD83, GRS1980. To ensure accuracy of the boundary, we set the View Scale no greater than 1:5000 and checked the boundary against the DRG mosaic. This process was performed by the University of Minnesota in cooperation with the USFWS.
